Order by 2 PM on a business day and the floor arrives the next business day across all of New Jersey and Connecticut, New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland and the lower Hudson Valley, and eastern Pennsylvania. The rest of New York and Pennsylvania takes one more day. Your ZIP shows your exact day before you order.

Insideon the first floor, ground level

On delivery day

We call the day before with a window. Our drivers carry the cartons inside, onto the first floor. They do not carry up or down stairs. Someone needs to be there to sign.

Check before you sign

Count the cartons and look for damage. Note anything wrong on the delivery slip and we replace it.

Returns

Sealed, unopened cartons can come back within 30 days for a restocking fee. Call or write to us first and we arrange the pickup. Opened cartons and floors cut or installed cannot come back.
